Return Policies

How Return Policies are treated at The Golden Fibre?

At The Golden Fibre, the return policies for all orders (except final sale) is 30-days from the date of delivered products.

Who pays for the shipping during an event of returning the goods?

The customer (the buyer) will be duly responsible for shipments fees incurred when making a return.

Which shipping company willit be accepted?

We use premium shipping company during your purchase which enables tracking number, insurance and speedy service and therefore we expect it to be returned with same courier services as this help us receive return items promptly, safely and insured.
• We will send a Prepaid Shipping Label will be automatically deducted during the return procedure

What conditions does The Golden Fibre apply towards their Return Policies?

The Golden Fibre requests their customers to kindly send the returned products in its original packaging condition.
General guidelines when you are returning and unused unopened items and receiving a refund:

• Bedding sets come in packed in the same material same color bag which allows to see and feel the fabric itself.
• Sealed Tag needs to be remained intact and not broken
• Given that the Bedsheets are not : Unfolded, Unused and Unwashed
• Gifts (if any) added to the order will also need to be returned in the same condition (as above)
• Kindly Re-pack the order back in the same box and apply the shipping label that is provided by The Golden Fibre
• Once The Golden Fibre receives the order back and a thorough inspection is conducted, a refund will be processed within 3 business days provided the card, PayPal or any other means has an option to receive the refund.
• We may contact the customer with a confirmation and any query related on when refunding the amount.

What should a customer do when receive a damaged/defective product?

• Customer are requested to notify The Golden Fibre within 3 Days from the date of delivery with a picture proof send to us at the gfibre3@gmail.com
• Once you receive an approval from The Golden Fibre, the customer may proceed to follow the return guidelines stated above in the same manner.

Cancelations on Orders

How do customers cancel their orders?

• Customers are asked to email us immediately gfibre3@gmail.com once the order is confirmed and payment has been charged.
• Orders that are shipped do not qualify for cancellations and it’s subjected to return policies guidelines.
• During the event on cancellation of a new order, The Golden Fibre pays a transaction/processing fee which therefore will be subjected as a charge back during a cancellation. The processing fee would be 3% of the total value of goods

Please Note: The customers will be responsible for providing their shipping details such as Name, Address, City, Province and Postal Code. If there are any incorrect details and once the order is shipped, The Golden Fibre will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced shipments. If the customer notices an error in the shipping details, we request to reach us immediately gfibre3@gmail.com in order resolve the issue and update the correct details. Orders that get returned to us due to incorrect address provided or the courier company was unable to deliver at the address, The Golden Fibre will have the right to deduct the shipping fee of flat $65 and refund the remaining.
